Directions

Take your chosen dosage orally, sublingually (under your tongue) is best or in your favourite drink. Dosage will vary between individuals. We recommend starting at night with 1 to 2 droppers (1 to 2ml). Adjust dosage to suit your needs.

We ship all orders with Australia Post. You’ll get tracking details once your parcel is on its way to you. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days (garlic is WA-only, but teas and oils ship Australia-wide). Shipping is a flat $10, or free for orders over $120.
