Refund policy

At Barrabup Organics we are confident you will love your chosen products! However just in case we have detailed where we can and cannot accept return/refund requests below.

As a small business we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds for the following reasons;

  • If you have simply changed your mind; 
  • If you purchased a gift card; or
  • If the effects or taste are not as desired or expected*.

However, if your order arrives incomplete or damaged in transit, we can replace the item or refund the portion of the order affected. Simply notify us within 30 days of receipt of goods, by following the below steps.

Step 1 - Email - info@barrabuporganics.com.au. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include your order number and a detailed description and photo of what is wrong or missing with the order. 

Step 2 - We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request via email. If the request is accepted, we will then send a replacement item free of charge. If the item has since sold out, we will issue a refund to the account you paid with, for the missed or damaged item. Please note shipping costs are not refundable in this instance.

*Barrabup Organics provides information and descriptions for educational purposes only and does not make any therapeutic claims for any of their products. Each person is different, and the results can be affected by lifestyle and many other factors. We therefore do not offer refunds if your desired effect is not achieved.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
