Terms & Conditions

1. PRODUCTS

Barrabup Organics provides information and descriptions for educational purposes only and does not make any therapeutic claims for any of their products. We are not qualified health practitioners and whilst every effort has been made to provide you with accurate educational information about the products, we encourage you to do your own research, or speak to your chosen health professional to see if the product is right for you.

The advice given is general in nature, and we are advising you of the traditional and documented uses of these particular plant species. These products have not undergone any testing through the Therapeutic Goods Association of Australia and we do not guarantee that this product will have all listed effects upon you, as results will differ for each individual.  

2. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

In order to make purchases on our website you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

3. ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. We offer products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our warehouse.

4. ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Barrabup Organics will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.

5. PRICING

Prices shown on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, effective immediately upon posting to the website or other form of notification.

Delivery costs are not included in the prices and will be charged in addition. Please see the “Shipping and Returns” page for further details. The delivery costs applicable to your order will be clearly displayed at the time of check out before you place your order.

7. PAYMENT

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit or AMEX. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon processing of your order. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We take reasonable care to make our site secure.
