Ingredients

Certified Organic Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum), Catnip (Nepeta cataria) and Hops (Humulus lupulus)

Directions

One teaspoon per cup. Adjust quantity to suit your own taste. Steep for 5-15 minutes in boiling water.
